Tammy lived most of her life in the Waupaca WI area. She's about 5 ft tall, and weighs 100 lbs (if that). She graduated from Waupaca High School in 84 I believe. She has 2 children. As of 3/10 she is living with her mother in the Waupaca. Tammy has a history of committing Fraud against many people and companies in the area. She has done this by securing loans never intending to pay back, stealing identities of people she knows, or has gained thier trust, and outright just stealing. I AM CREATING THIS BLOG IN A QUEST TO BRING HER TO JUSTICE, AND PREVENT OTHERS FROM BEING RIPPED OFF BY HER!!!! I am also hoping that others that she has ripped off will pursue prosecution for her deeds, SO HER REIN OF TERROR AND DESTRUCTION TO PEOPLE'S LIFES ENDS NOW!!!!!!!

PLEASE READ MY STORY BELOW....
I am beginning this blog today which would be my son's 20th birthday. My son died on Dec. 30, 2002, after one day becoming paralized from the neck down. We found out that he had a very rare form of a brain tumor, Glioblastoma Multiforme stage/grade 4. From Aug 6, 2001 until his death, he was a quadralpeligic caused by the cancer. That is a whole different story I hope to one day share with everyone. After his passing I was very lost. I had no idea what to do with my life after such an unbelievable journey. Six months after he died, I became a foster parent to a teen with special needs. He was in my care for over 6 years. While caring for him and my other children, I was made aware of a need for homes for adults with special needs. I have dedicated over 30 years of my life working in many different ways with children and adults with special needs. In late Aug 2004, I began my quest to start a state licenced Adult Family Group Home for adults with developmental and physical disablilities. I was licenced in April 2005. I started and named the home in honor and loving memory of my son, Cullen.
Now to get too Tammy, she became an employee of the home in late 2006. In late Jan 2007, Tammy came to me totally distraught, crying stating she was going to kill herself. SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO GO TO JAIL, FOR CRIMES OF FRAUD SHE HAD COMMITTED!!!!! (please see 2007 charges on simple case search) She begged me to help her, or she'd kill herself. I explained that I just started the buisness and am in no way shape or form financially able to assist her. She stated that she had no one else to turn too. Her family wouldn't help her. She also stated that she had a state retirement fund from her previous employment through the state. She provided me a copy of the value of the fund dated 2006, with a value of over $43,000.00. She begged me to borrow her money until she received the money from her retirement fund, which would be received by her in 30-90 days. I had also worked in a position in which I had a state retirement fund, which I had cashed in, so I knew the system, and that the fund could be cashed out and the money would be received in 90 days.
I had financing available for short term use, at a reasonable interest. But there would be other fees and such associated with the loan, and of course the payments would have to be made on time in order to continue under that agreement. I agreed to assist her, so that she wouldn't commit suicide, or have to go to jail. At that time I also explained that I can not afford to make any payment FOR HER....AT ALL...I had debt from the buisness, and had worked for over 18 months without even taking a draw from it. That was in Feb 2007. Tammy signed an agreement for the loan, using the retirement fund as security and for payment of the loan in full on or by June 1,2007. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE LOAN WAS OVER $30,000.00 WITH FEES AND INTEREST!!!!! In April 2007 she was convicted and judgement posted in her FRAUD case. ALSO IN APRIL 2007, she showed me her appreciation to keeping her from committing suicide and going to jail, BY GOING INTO MY MAILBOX, STEALING MAIL IN MY NAME, OPENING MAIL IN MY NAME, STEALING MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, AND STEALING MY IDENTITIY 3 TIMES, BY OPENING UP 3 CREDIT CARDS IN MY NAME, AND THEN CHARGING $5000 TO THEM TO GAMBLE!!!!!!!! She didn't need the money to support or feed her children, SHE USED IT TO GAMBLE!!!!!! I DIDN'T FIND THIS OUT UNTIL JULY 2007, WHEN I HAPPENED TO CHECK MY CREDIT RATING, AND SAW 3 CREDIT CARDS THAT I HADN'T OPENED!!!!! This is the way she shows her thanks, and appreciation!!!!!! AND WHAT A SURPRISE.....NO RETIREMENT CHECK ARRIVED!!!!!!! I WON'T GO INTO ALL THE LIES I HEARD OVER THE YEAR SHE WORKED FOR ME.....SHE NEVER PAID ME A PENNY FOR ANY OF THE LOANS OR THE IDENTITY THEFT UNTIL SHE WAS FORCED BY ME TO DO SO. WHEN SHE SIGNED THE AGREEMENT, THERE WAS A STIPULATION THAT THE PAYMENTS COULD BE TAKEN OUT OF HER PAYCHECKS....SO WHEN THAT THREAT WAS MADE, SHE WROTE HER FIRST CHECK FOR A PAYMENT......WHAT A SURPRISE....IT BOUNCED!!!!!! I FOUND THIS OUT ON MY BIRTHDAY......SHE'S SO CONSIDERATE.....ISN'T SHE!!!
MY BIRTHDAY IS IN NOV. ON DEC 23 2007, SHE ALSO TOOK THE BANK CARD FOR THE BUISNESS AND STOLE $500 FROM THE ACCOUNT!!!!! YES, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! SHE MUST OF HAD A BIT OF CONSCIENCE, BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME ON CHRISTMAS EVE WHAT SHE HAD DONE, AND RETURNED THE MONEY. SHE WAS STILL WORKING FOR ME AT THE TIME...BUT NOT FOR LONG. SINCE BEING FIRED IN FEB 08, SHE HAS NOT ATTEMPTED TO PAY A PENNY ON EITHER THE LOAN OR IDENTITY THEFT!!!!!!! AND I FOUND THAT SHE ALSO STOLE $100 IN APRIL 2007 AND $100 IN DEC or JAN 07/08 FROM ONE OF THE RESIDENTS PERSONAL ACCOUNTS!!!!! SHE HAD TO STEAL FROM A PERSON WITH SPECIAL NEEDS!!!! THIS IS THE KIND OF PERSON SHE IS. SHE WILL STEAL FROM ANYONE, AND NOT HAVE A BIT OF REMORSE OR ATTEMPT TO MAKE RESTITUTION FOR HER CRIMES!!!!!!
In mid to late March of 08 I was contacted at the group home by Tammy's Parole Officer.....She had been telling him she was still working for me.....She had been fired over a month prior. At that time I informed him of the Identity Theft, and the bounced check ($1000), and the $500 stolen from the buisness account. Needless to say she had broken parole and had to sit in JAIL!!!!!! I got calls from her and her mother begging me not to press charges....then came the harrassment...I explained I had nothing to do with her sitting in JAIL!!!! She broke parole...I DID NOTHING I DIDN'T COMMIT FRAUD, STEAL IDENTITIES, SHE DID.....
On top of all that, she got out of jail for a couple of days, and tried to collect UNEMPLOYMENT FROM THE BUISNESS!!!!!!! DO YOU BELIEVE IT!!!! Needless to say, after receiving over 20 pages of evidence to why she was fired, she didn't get unemployment from the buisness.
Her parole officer also had me contact a Waupaca County Sheriff to turn over all the information I had told him. Because MY information was turned over to the DA with other information about fraud she had committed against another person at the same time, MY information was lost for a while.
I am currently waiting on charges to be brought against her for ALL THE CRIMES SHE HAS COMMITTED AGAINST ME!!!
In Jan 2008 I had to hire an attorney to attempt to retreive the (at the time) more than $36,000.00 Tammy owed me. Tammy finally disclosed
THERE NEVER WAS A RETIREMENT FUND WHEN SHE TOOK THE LOAN OUT FROM ME!!!! SHE HAD CASHED IT IN DURING 2006, WAY BEFORE SHE BEGAN TO WORK FOR ME!!!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, I AM ALSO CURRENTLY WORKING WITH THE SHERIFFS DEPT. TO HAVE CHARGES OF FRAUD ON THIS ISSUE BROUGHT AGAINST HER!!!!!
TO THIS DATE, WITH INTEREST AND FEES INCLUDED TAMMY OWES ME OVER $75,000.00 FOR CRIMES SHE COMMITTED AGAINST ME!!!!!!!
THIS IS THE KIND OF PERSON SHE IS......THIS IS WHAT SHE IS CAPABLE OF DOING.....SHE KNEW ME, THINK OF WHAT SHE'D DO TO SOMEONE SHE NEVER MET BEFORE.
MY CONSEQUENCES FOR HELPING TAMMY IN TIME OF DESPERATE NEED, AND TO PREVENT HER FROM COMMITTING SUICIDE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
EVERY MONTH I MAKE A $1200.00 PAYMENT ON THE MONEY SHE HAS STOLE FROM ME....THIS IS MAINLY INTEREST.....HOW MANY YEARS WILL IT TAKE TO PAY OFF OVER $36,000.00 @ 24.99% INTEREST??????
I HAVE LOST THE BUISNESS THAT I STARTED IN HONOR OF AND LOVING MEMORY OF MY DEAD SON...SO I NO LONGER HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO PAY MY BILLS AND THE ONES I HAVE BECAUSE OF TAMMY
4 ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS HAVE LOST THIER HOME.....

NONE: If she works, she works for cash....if she owns anything it is put in her mother's name so it looks as if she has nothing....
Every charge that I have discussed above is ABSOLUTELY TRUE!!! I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT, AND NOW SO DO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.....

I am on a quest for justice against Tammy for all the crimes she has committed against others and me. I pray daily for God too continue to give me the strength, and the wisdom I need in order to continue to forgive Tammy for all that was done. I am not doing this for revenge, or to slander Tammy. I am doing this in hopes of protecting others, and Tammy from herself, until she faces the consequences of the crimes she has already committed. And hopefully prevent her from committing further crimes. I pray God be with her during this time and in the future. I know he will forgive her, if she asks....but even with forgiveness, there are consequences for our sins.
